McGowan’s is proud to offer both an Annual Preferred Customer Service Agreement and a Bi-Annual Preferred Customer Service Agreement. The Preferred Customer Service Agreement entitles the customer to 1 (Annual) or 2 (Bi-Annual) Maintenance procedures each year. Clients who possess a Preferred Customer Service Agreement with McGowan’s receive a 10% discount on both parts & labor. Preferred Customer Service Agreement offered at McGowan’s are a great way to help reduce duct contamination and increase the lifespan of your Air Conditioning and Heating unit. The Agreement also gives the customer the comforting knowledge that they have top priority in an emergency, that is, you get preferred treatment on Service Calls.
